You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS will be sent. To rejoin later, contact us directly.

Information Sharing (General)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our CRM and SMS delivery providers) and only to the extent necessary to provide our services to you. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and Browser Storage

What we use. designonnpoint.com does not use third-party tracking cookies. We do use a small amount of browser-local storage on your device for the following operational purposes:

• Marketing attribution (UTM parameters): if you arrive at our site from an ad or referral, we save the source/medium/campaign tags in your browser for up to 30 days so that if you later submit a form, we can credit the right source. We do not share these tags with third parties.
• Pop-up suppression: if our exit-intent offer is shown or dismissed, we record the timestamp so we don't show it again for 30 days — keeping the experience quiet rather than nagging.
• Accessibility preferences: if you adjust the in-page accessibility widget (text size, contrast, background color), we save those settings so they persist on your next visit.
• Aggregate analytics: Vercel Analytics may set a privacy-preserving identifier to count unique visits. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics, and the data is not used for cross-site tracking.

Your control. You can clear browser-local storage at any time through your browser settings (typically under "Privacy" or "Clear browsing data"). Doing so will reset attribution tagging, pop-up suppression, and accessibility preferences. You can also browse in private/incognito mode to prevent any storage from persisting.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and respond to your inquiry, and as required by applicable law.
