Design Onn Point is a family-owned, licensed California design-build firm (CSLB License #1133368) specializing in kitchen, bathroom, ADU, garage conversion, and full-home remodeling projects in Los Angeles. We provide consultations, quotes, and construction services to homeowners across LA County.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program name: Design Onn Point Customer Communications

Program description: Design Onn Point uses SMS messaging to send transactional and informational messages to customers regarding their remodeling projects. This includes appointment reminders, project status updates, customer service responses, and service-related communications.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project activity and stage. Typical frequency ranges from 0 to 10 messages per month per customer.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier agreement. Design Onn Point does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-out instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most other major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your phone number and consent data are handled per our Privacy Policy at https://designonnpoint.com/privacy-policy. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you certify you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

A2P 10DLC compliance: Design Onn Point complies with all A2P 10DLC guidelines as required by US wireless carriers and the CTIA. Twilio powers our SMS infrastructure. All messages are subject to monitoring and filtering for compliance.

Limitation of Liability

Actual project pricing, scope, and timelines are determined through a formal written agreement after a consultation.
