How I work
On every project I run discovery, design, sourcing, permitting, and construction myself. Not as a salesperson who hands you off, and not as a project manager three layers above the actual work. Your point of contact and the person walking the site every week is the same person.
That model only works if I keep the project count small. We take on a deliberately limited number of projects at a time — usually three to five active builds. It means I can give each one the attention it deserves and you don't get the feeling that you're one of fifty.
What we specialize in
Kitchens, primarily. After twenty years it's where we have the deepest skill — design, custom cabinetry, integration with appliances and lifestyle, finish work that holds up. We bring the same standards to bathrooms, ADUs, garage conversions, and full-home remodels. We don't take on commercial work; staying focused on residential remodeling is part of how we keep the quality high.
Why family-owned matters
My wife and I built this together. Our family team handles design, material sourcing (including mobile showroom visits we bring to you), and project oversight. There's no investor pressure to scale faster than we can maintain quality, no franchised brand to dilute standards. Decisions get made by the people who'll be on your site.

How a project starts
- Inquiry. You reach out via the contact form, phone, or text. I personally read every inquiry.
- Discovery call. We talk about scope, vision, and budget. If it's a fit, we set up an in-home visit.
- In-home consultation. Walk-through, photos, measurements, conversation. No pressure.
- Personalized quote. Clear, line-itemed pricing. No one-size-fits-all packages.
- Design phase. Drawings, material selections, mobile showroom visits — until we have a plan you love.
- Permits & construction. We handle permits in-house. You get weekly updates and a single PM (me).
- Walkthrough & close-out. Punch list, deep clean, and a thorough handoff so every detail works.
