How this project runs, step by step
- Free 60-min in-home consult. Onn walks the kitchen, listens to how you cook and entertain, and gives an honest scope + timeline range within one business day.
- Design phase (2–3 weeks). Floor plan, 3D renderings, and material palette. Two rounds of revisions are standard before we lock plans.
- Permit + material orders (2–4 weeks). LADBS or municipal submittal in parallel with long-lead orders — cabinets (6–8 wks), stone slabs (3–4 wks), specialty appliances.
- Build phase (6–10 weeks). Demo → rough plumbing/electric → cabinetry → counters → appliances → finish. Weekly walkthroughs and photo updates.
- Punch list + final walkthrough. You flag anything imperfect; we fix within two weeks. Workmanship warranty covers 12 months on labor after final sign-off.
