The Scope
The room is split horizontally: a deep navy above, and a textured white tile below that carries a soft wave relief across its face. The same white tile lines the shower.
The vanity is a floating walnut cabinet with an integrated white basin and no visible hardware, lit by a row of globe bulbs on a bar above the mirror.
Fittings are matte black throughout — the basin tap, the shower set and hand shower, and the handle on the frameless glass door. The floor is a grey plank tile.
Everything described here is visible in the photographs on this page. Nothing on this page describes what the room looked like beforehand or how the work was sequenced.
Frequently asked
What did this project cost?
$30,000. That is the final figure for this project, taken from our own project records rather than estimated, and it is the same number that appears in our published cost table.
What was included for that price?
The work shown on this page: a navy upper wall over textured white tile, the same tile lining the shower, a floating walnut vanity with an integrated basin, matte black fittings, and a frameless glass shower. Every photograph here is of this project.
Where is this project?
Hidden Hills, California. That comes from our own job records for this project, not from a photo folder label. Design Onn Point works across Los Angeles and Orange County.
Can I see what other finished projects actually cost?
Yes. We publish the final cost of a sample of completed projects, taken from our own records rather than estimated. The full table is on our real project costs page.
