Whole-Home Remodel in Huntington Beach — White Shaker Kitchen and Baths
White shaker cabinetry and veined quartz through the kitchen, with walk-in showers, hex-mosaic floors and quartz vanities in the bathrooms.
The Scope
The kitchen wraps two walls in white shaker cabinetry with brushed-nickel pulls, carrying uppers to the corner and a tall run at the far end for the refrigerator and a built-in microwave. Counters are a white quartz with soft grey veining, and the backsplash is a stacked stone-look tile in a warm pale grey that runs the full height between counter and uppers.
The range is a stainless slide-in with a wall-mounted hood above it, and a window over the sink brings daylight across the counter run. Recessed lights sit in a flat ceiling. Flooring is a grey-toned wood-look plank that runs on into the dining area, which is open to the living space rather than partitioned off.
The bathrooms lead with glass. Each shower is a walk-in behind full-height glass, tiled in a pale plank-format wall tile with recessed niches, and floored in a hexagonal mosaic that gives the wet area its own footing underfoot. Vanities are quartz-topped in single and double widths, with wide mirrors above.
In the bedrooms, a sliding barn door on a black track replaces a swing door where the room needed the floor space back.

Common questions about this project
What did this project cost?
$250,000. That is the final figure for this job, taken from our own records — not an estimate and not a range. It covers the kitchen, the bathrooms and the bedrooms.
What was included for that price?
The work shown on this page: white shaker cabinetry with veined quartz, walk-in showers over hexagonal mosaic floors, and a sliding barn door. Every photograph here is of this project. We do not describe work the photographs do not show.
Can I see what other finished projects actually cost?
Yes. We publish the final cost of a sample of completed projects, with the figures taken from our own records rather than estimated. The full table is on our real project costs page.
Planning a whole-home remodel?
We take on a small number of design-build projects each year. If yours might be one of them, let's talk.
