Bathroom Remodeling in Corona del Mar
Serving 92625 and Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Laguna Beach
Bathrooms in Corona del Mar are usually stacked — one above another over two or three floors, sharing a stack, sharing a wall, and sharing the consequences of anything that goes wrong in the one at the top. That is the defining fact about remodelling them here, and it is why the sequence matters more than the finish schedule.
Real projects. Real prices.
73 finished remodels published with their final price — nothing hidden.
What 28 finished LA bathrooms actually cost: a median of $38k, in a range of $28k–$105k. Real final prices from our own job records, not estimates.
$28,000 Stacked white tile and a blue patterned floor, with brushed brass fittings and a round mirror.
$32,000 A wood shaker double vanity under twin black mirrors, with a freestanding tub and marble-look shower.
$33,000 A backlit mirror over a double vanity, with stone-look tile and matte black fittings throughout.
$45,000 Rust and blue slate-tone tile over a pebble mosaic shower floor, with bronze fittings.
$46,000 One room in bold geometric tile with an oak vanity, one in white with a ribbed vanity and stone basin.
$105,000 Marble-veined slab walls, a frameless glass shower, and patterned tile floors.
Bathrooms stacked over three levels
One stack, several bathrooms
Where rooms are stacked, the waste and the vent are shared and a change in one room reaches the others. Redrawing the upper bathroom without knowing what runs below it is how a straightforward project acquires a ceiling repair it never budgeted for.
Waterproofing above a finished room
A wet room over a living space is the one place where the invisible work is the entire job. Substrate, falls, membrane and the detail at the door threshold are specified for what is beneath the floor, and they are inspected before anything beautiful covers them.
Ventilation on a narrow elevation
With neighbours close on both long walls, an internal bathroom often has no outside wall to vent through. Routing that properly — rather than into a loft and hoping — is a small design decision with a large effect on how the room smells and how long the finishes last.
