Interior Design in Corona del Mar
Serving 92625 and Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Laguna Beach
The interior problem in Corona del Mar is not taste, it is proportion and light. Rooms are long and narrow, ceilings vary floor to floor, and the quality of daylight changes completely between the street end and the alley end of the same house. Schemes that ignore that look expensive and feel wrong; schemes that work with it look inevitable.
Real projects. Real prices.
73 finished remodels published with their final price — nothing hidden.
What our finished LA work actually cost: 27 kitchens ran $23k–$84k, median $50k; 28 bathrooms $28k–$105k, median $38k; 17 whole-home remodels $36k–$440k, median $150k. Real final prices from our own job records, not estimates.

Interiors for narrow, bright, vertical houses
Long rooms need a reason to be long
A narrow plan produces rooms that are much deeper than they are wide, and the fix is zoning rather than decoration — furniture placed to make two usable areas instead of one corridor with sofas in it.
Light is different at each end
One end of the house faces the street and one faces an alley, and the light they get is not the same colour or the same quantity. Finishes chosen for one end and installed at the other is the most common reason a scheme disappoints in place after looking right on a board.
Coastal without the costume
Proximity to the water does not oblige anyone to live inside a nautical theme. The materials that genuinely suit this climate — honest timber, durable stone, fabrics that tolerate open windows and salt — do the job without announcing it.
