Interior Design in Orange
Serving 92866 · 92867 · 92868 · 92869 and Villa Park, Anaheim, Tustin
Orange interiors divide the same way its permits do. An Old Towne house arrives with joinery, proportion and a colour logic already in place; a post-war tract house arrives as a blank rectangle with low ceilings and one good source of daylight. Designing well for either starts with admitting which one you have.
Real projects. Real prices.
73 finished remodels published with their final price — nothing hidden.
What our finished LA work actually cost: 27 kitchens ran $23k–$84k, median $50k; 28 bathrooms $28k–$105k, median $38k; 17 whole-home remodels $36k–$440k, median $150k. Real final prices from our own job records, not estimates.

Interiors for Old Towne and after
Historic houses already have a scheme
Original timber, hardware and glass give a palette most interiors would pay a consultant to invent. The work is editing — deciding what stays visible — rather than importing a look from somewhere with different light.
Tract houses need one strong idea
A low-ceilinged rectangle is not improved by many small gestures. One clear move — a single large opening, one continuous floor, one consistent joinery language — does more than a scheme with six ideas in it.
Light, and how little of it some of these rooms get
Deep plans with modest openings need artificial light layered for real tasks, not a grid of downlights. It is the least glamorous part of an interior scheme and the one people notice every single evening.
Drawn by the builder
We design and build, so the scheme is written by people who then have to install it. Nothing gets specified that cannot be executed in the room it was drawn for.
