Interior Design in Villa Park
Serving 92861 and Orange, Anaheim Hills, North Tustin
The rooms in a Villa Park house are wide, relatively low, and usually face a garden that is the main reason anybody bought the place. Interiors that work here acknowledge all three: they keep the eye moving horizontally, they respect a ceiling height that is not generous, and they treat the view outward as part of the scheme rather than as a window.
Real projects. Real prices.
73 finished remodels published with their final price — nothing hidden.
What our finished LA work actually cost: 27 kitchens ran $23k–$84k, median $50k; 28 bathrooms $28k–$105k, median $38k; 17 whole-home remodels $36k–$440k, median $150k. Real final prices from our own job records, not estimates.
$33,000 A backlit mirror over a double vanity, with stone-look tile and matte black fittings throughout.
$38,000 Emerald shaker cabinetry and brass hardware around a cream range and an apron sink.
$63,500 White cabinetry with brushed-gold hardware, a white-oak island, and a marble-look slab backsplash.
$105,000 Marble-veined slab walls, a frameless glass shower, and patterned tile floors.
$242,700 Structural work to open up the space, a vaulted ceiling, solid wood floors, kitchen and two baths.
$250,000 White shaker cabinetry and veined quartz, with hex-mosaic walk-in showers.
Interiors for low, wide, garden-facing rooms
Low ceilings reward horizontal lines
Long joinery runs, wide openings and furniture that sits lower make a low room feel calm. Tall, narrow elements fight it and make the ceiling the first thing anybody notices.
The garden is half the room
With large openings onto outdoor space, the planting, the paving and the evening lighting outside are part of what the room looks like. Designing the inside in isolation leaves a black mirror at six o'clock.
Drawn and built by the same people
We specify what we install, which keeps the scheme honest: nothing gets drawn that cannot be built cleanly into a wide opening or a continuous ceiling line.
